Examinations

  • Attendance during the examination is compulsory.
  • Assessed answer books of all subjects (except Annual) will be shown to the students on a pre-fixed date.
  • Environmental Science: It is mandatory for the students to submit Internal assessment as well as the project work as per the schedule, failing which he / she will be declared failed in the subject and consequently, in the H.S.C. examination
  • Physical Education: It is mandatory to appear for written Exam which as well as physical exercise, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for H.S.C. Board Exam.

Evaluation System

A student is required to pass in all subjects for promotion to S.Y.J.C. class.

Science and Vocational Science

Commerce

MCVC

FC 25+25+50+60+40=200 70/200 i.e. 35%

I. For Language/Science/Commerce/MCVC(FC)

a = Marks obtained in 2 Unit tests.

b = Marks obtained in Terminal Examination

c = Marks obtained in Annual Examination

The final result of the student will be decided on the average marks, calculated as [ a + b + c ] / 2

II. For Vocational subjects(Electronics/Computer Science)

The final result of the student will be decided on the average marks, calculated as, [a + b + c] / 3

III. For MCVC subjects

UA= Office Management

B= Fundamentals of Accounting

UC= Fundamentals of Costing and Auditing

The final result of the student will be decided on the average marks, calculated as [ a + b + c ] / 4

IV. For EVS

30 (Theory) + 20 (Project) = 50 Marks.

EVS marks get converted to Grade.

After evaluation these marks will be converted into Grades - A, B, C. and D
