The National Service Scheme (NSS) was launched during 1969, the birth centenary year of Mahatma Gandhi. It is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. It provides opportunity to the students in colleges and University level of India to participate in community service activities and programmes. The solitary objective of the NSS is to enable students to experience community service through various activities.
The attractive Motto of NSS "Not Me but You", highlights the need for self-less service. The NSS volunteer proudly flaunts the badge which signifies the spirit of nation-building.
The NSS unit of our college provides students hands on experience with a plethora of activities which they enthusiastically perform throughout the year.
