Delighted to share with you that our College Student -Mentor team of Mr.Vishal Shetty and Dr.Seema Sambrani are the inventors for the patent they applied for at the Indian Patent Office.

The work was done by the Student Vishal Shetty, MSc Batch 2016-18 for his 200 marks Dissertation of Semester IV, under the mentorship of Dr Seema Sambrani  in our Microbiology lab. Further work required to strengthen the core of the topic was carried out later after the student had passed out.

In due course of time, the patent will be assigned to K J Somaiya College of Science and Commerce.
