Qualification Required : Graduates / Post Graduates

HR Executive will be responsible for

1. Complete employee cycle management

Such as : Appointments, Confirmations, Promotions, Training & Development, Exit Formalities, Grievances, Operational Issues

2. Adherence – Implementation of rule & regulations of regulatory authority

3. HR Audits

4. HR Compliances

5. Performance Reviews

6. To assist GM-HR, Manager-HR and HR-Spoc in their day to day HR related activity

7. Maintenance of HR Record and other HR operations
